Our Story

Hi, I’m Morgan. I’m a filmmaker, photographer, husband, dad, and one of the people behind Terebinth & Oak Media.

My wife, Courtney, and I began documenting our family in 2012, when our twins were born and our oldest son was three. Life was moving quickly, and the camera gave us a way to slow it down and preserve the moments we never wanted to lose. Before long, other families and businesses began asking us to tell their stories too!

Today, Terebinth & Oak is a Pittsburgh media company creating cinematic photography and video for weddings, families, brands, real estate, and events. Our work includes commercial content, drone photography and video, portraits, and event storytelling. Every project is different, but our purpose remains the same. We want to recognize what matters, capture it honestly, and create something people can return to for years.

Our faith is at the center of who we are. We love Jesus and believe worship reaches far beyond Sunday morning. We see it in family, music, meaningful work, and gratitude for the beauty God has created.
